City of Greensboro issued the following announcement on March 17.

City’s Conversation About Community Land Trusts Continues on Zoom March 29

The City’s Housing and Neighborhood Development Department (HND) is moving toward community land trusts (CLT).

 Staff want to talk with Greensboro residents, lenders, and community partners about CLT during two public Zoom meetings:

•  10 am to 12 noon, Wednesday, March 29.

The initial focus of the City’s CLT are these areas:

Redevelopment Focus Areas

Eastside Park

 Ole Asheboro

Willow Oaks 

Reinvestment Focus Areas

Dudley Heights Glenwood

Kings Forest

Mill District

Random Woods

Five in-person meetings about CLT were held March 15-16 throughout Greensboro.
