City of Greensboro issued the following announcement on June 6.

Join the FREE Juneteenth Bike Tour: Pedals and Politics on June 18, 12-2 pm. Discover some of East Greensboro’s political pioneers on a five-mile family friendly guided bicycle tour of places and people that helped reshape what democracy looked like in Greensboro. This program, hosted by the Greensboro History Museum, will share information about Zoe P. Barbee, Dr. William Hampton, Justice Henry Frye and more. 

Check-in starts 12 pm. Tour departs 12:30 and returns to museum by 2 pm. Free event. Registration required through Bicycling in Greensboro: https://loom.ly/Zbgi1Hg
