CITY OF GREENSBORO: Need a ride to the polls on Election Day?

City of Greensboro issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.

We’ve got you covered with our Move to the Polls initiative to remove transportation barriers in order to vote. 

GTA is joining peer transit systems around the Triad and across the nation to offer fare-free public transportation to election poll locations on Election Day, Tuesday, November 8.

The initiative, called Move to the Polls, is provided as a public service by GTA and the City of Greensboro.

GTA and Access Greensboro are offering free fares today, on Election Day. 

GTA recognizes the importance of participating in our electoral process and launched the Move To The Polls initiative to remove transportation barriers to voting in elections.
