Greensboro Day School issued the following announcement on Sept. 25.
On the evening of September 20, 2022, former varsity girls soccer coach Kim Burroughs was inducted into the Guilford County Sports Hall of Fame. Kim served as the head coach for 31 years before he retired from soccer in 2021.
GDS had three tables at the event, and we are happy that so many current and former administrators and teachers, as well as alumni and former GDS soccer players, were on hand to honor Coach Burroughs at this event.
