Greensboro Day School issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.

The Athletics Department hosted the JV and Middle School Winter Sports Awards last Friday, February 4, 2022, to recognize the accomplishments of the winter 2021-22 JV and Middle School athletes. 

Congratulations to all the teams and the following students!

JV Boys Basketball

Most Improved: Kenji Kobi-Jackson ‘25

Coaches Award: JJ Fullwood ‘24

6th Grade Boys Basketball

Best Defensive Player: Rocco Gioffre ‘28

Coaches Award: Drew King ‘28

Middle School Girls Basketball

Most Improved: Margot Ramsey ‘29

Coaches Award: Sophie Montana ‘28

7th Grade Boys Basketball

Most Improved: Gavin Brokaw ‘27
