In her post dated November 19, she noted, “Today, the @HouseBTFCA welcomed @StateSEAS to the U.S. Capitol to discuss the alarming rise of antisemitism both at home and around the world.” She acknowledged Ambassador Lipstadt for her efforts in combating antisemitism globally.

On November 20, 2024, Congresswoman Manning extended birthday wishes to President Biden via social media. Her message read: “Happy Birthday, @POTUS! Thank you for your decades of public service to our country.”
