On December 9, 2024, Congresswoman Manning emphasized the importance of reproductive rights by stating that “Every American has the right to decide when, how, and with whom to start a family & no politician or judge should have the power to take that away.” She highlighted her efforts to pass the #RightToContraceptionAct aimed at ensuring access to FDA-approved birth control.
