On November 25, 2024, Congresswoman Manning tweeted about attending the groundbreaking ceremony for the Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex in East Greensboro. She stated, “This weekend, I attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex, a planned state-of-the-art recreation center & service hub in East Greensboro. I was proud to secure $4.3 million in federal funding to bring to life this transformative project.”

Later that day, she highlighted the significance of a new memorial in Greensboro with her tweet from November 25, 2024: “The sculpture She Wouldn’t Take Off Her Boots stands in Greensboro as North Carolina’s first Women’s Holocaust memorial – a tribute to the resilience of Jewish women during the Holocaust and a reminder of the dangers antisemitism continues to pose today.”

On November 26, 2024, Manning addressed potential economic impacts under Donald Trump’s presidential plans. She tweeted: “Donald Trump’s day-one plan as President? Raising costs for millions of Americans.”
