Renting out inflatable playgrounds for yard parties is one way to keep children entertained, but the owner of Greensboro's Jump Jump Around Inflatables branched out, recently offering "Level Up."

"Level Up is our new entity for the business,” Frank Badger told WFMY News 2.

Level Up is a mobile arcade on a bus that can be rented out for birthday parties or other occasions.

“When the kids go onto the bus, they’ll see an array of lights,” Badger said, according to WFMY News 2. "They’ll see stadium-style seats. They’ll also see an assortment of games.”

The setup includes TVs, along with a PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

His wife and business partner, Vy'Teshia Badger, said the idea originally came about in January 2020, and within a few months, they had a bounce house ready to go. By the end of 2020, the idea of the mobile arcade was complete. Then it was just a matter of getting plans rolling.

Badger said he was brought up hearing that things couldn’t be done.

“The no’s I received (in life) created a yes for myself and my family,” he told WFMY 2 News. “That’s what I’ve done. I’ve created a yes for myself and my family. I just want to be a light for them to see.”

That approach works well for his wife.

“I love it,” Vy'Teshia told WFMY 2 News. “I never imagined running a business, even when I was in college, even when I was a little kid. I never knew this would be a part of my life. This would never had been a goal of mine to own my own business. It’s been great! I love it.”
