Town of Morehead City Parks and Recreation Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.

Please consider joining our Parks & Recreation Advisory Board. 

The seats held by Jan Willis and Tim Wilson, as well as the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) seat held by Michael Turner will expire December 31, 2022.  We are looking for three people who want to provide input and help improve programs, parks, community access and facilities. Anyone interested in being considered for one of these three-year term seats should submit a Citizen Participation Application (link attached)to City Clerk Cathy Campbell.   Applications must be submitted by Monday, November 28, 2022, to cathy.campbell@moreheadcitync.org or by mail to 1100 Bridges Street, Morehead City, NC  28557.
