North Carolina Retirement Systems unaffected Bb stock market drop, treasurer says

Much like the rest of the nation, North Carolina saw the financial effects of the COVID-19 virus when the stock markets dropped March 9 coupled with the local news that North Carolina’s treasurer, Dale Folwell, tested positive for the virus.
