Members of the public who wish to review and comment on the City of Greensboro’s long-range transportation plans can do so through Tuesday, Dec. 1, either online or by mail, as well as attending a Thursday, Nov. 19 virtual meeting.
The city plans to have a virtual meeting about the Greensboro Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) to review the transit plans on Nov. 19 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the city said in a November release. Members of the public can participate through the MPO’s official Facebook page.
Additionally, copies of the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and the Greensboro Urban Area Comprehensive Transportation Plan can be viewed online, the city said in the release.
Any community members wishing to comment on the plans can do so through an online form or mailing statements to the MPO to Attention: 2045 MTP and CTP, P.O. Box 3136, Greensboro, NC 27402-3136.
