Greensboro Parks and Recreation issued the following announcement on June 9.
The Active Adult 3-on-3 Basketball League is open to men and women ages 50 and over. Cost is $20/per person and includes a shirt.
You may register individually or as a team. Maximum of 6 players per team.
There will be a Men’s League and a Women’s League. Teams will be categorized and compete by age: 50+, 60+, 70+, etc. Team age is determined by the age of the youngest player. Age is determined by player’s age on 12/31/22.
The league will be governed by NC Senior Games 3-on-3 Basketball Rules.
Registration opens on August 1, 2022. Register online at www.ncseniorgames.org or in person at Trotter Active Adult Center.
