Congresswoman Kathy Manning, who has been representing North Carolina’s 6th district since 2021, recently shared her views on various significant issues through a series of tweets. Manning's communications cover topics ranging from voting rights to commemorating victims of violence and discussing healthcare cost reductions.

On October 25, Congresswoman Manning expressed concern about potential actions by members of Congress that could undermine voter rights. She stated: "It is appalling to think any Member of Congress would encourage legislators to usurp the right of voters to elect the candidates they choose. This would be a disgraceful violation of every North Carolinian’s right to vote & would set a dangerous precedent for elections to come."

On October 27, she reflected on the anniversary of the Tree of Life synagogue attack in Pittsburgh, which occurred six years ago and resulted in the loss of eleven lives. Manning tweeted: "Six years ago, the horrific attack on the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh took the lives of 11 Jewish Americans. Today, we honor their memories and recommit to combatting antisemitism in all its forms."

On October 28, Manning highlighted the benefits brought by the Inflation Reduction Act for residents in her district. She noted: "Thanks to Democrats’ #InflationReductionAct, 39,000 people in #NC06 are saving hundreds of dollars a year on their prescriptions. While MAGA Republicans fight for Big Pharma, @HouseDemocrats are fighting to bring down health care costs for North Carolina families."
