City of Greensboro issued the following announcement on Aug. 29.
Volunteers are still needed for the NC Folk Festival
Serve our city, build friendships, and have a great time!
The North Carolina Folk Festival is one of the largest downtown events in Greensboro, with expected attendance of over 150,000 participants. To make it a success we need about 1,000 volunteers before, during and after the festival.
Volunteer roles include serving as Information Ambassadors, Backstage, Music Loggers, helping with our Bucket Brigade, Merchandise sales, and much, much more.
