On December 2, 2024, Congresswoman Manning expressed her sorrow over the death of Omer Neutra, an American citizen killed in Hamas’s attack on October 7th. She stated: "I’m heartbroken to learn of the tragic loss of Omer Neutra, an American citizen, in Hamas’s brutal October 7th attack. Having met with his family on several occasions, my deepest condolences are with them and all who knew him during this difficult time."

Later that day, she reminded constituents about the Medicare open enrollment deadline: "REMINDER: The Medicare open enrollment deadline is quickly approaching. Find the coverage that works best for you before December 7." This tweet was posted on December 2 at 20:21 UTC.

The following day, on December 3, Manning criticized the Republican-led North Carolina General Assembly for passing gerrymandered Congressional maps aimed at reducing Democratic representation.
